To get the PPS up, the buying has to be large and consistent, and of course no debt dumping.
For people to start buying more in large quantities, they need to feel confident that they are not getting screwed.
I would love to load here in the 3s, and triple my position, but I'm tired of the company's abuse of shareholders.

I believe that if Dror would post a press release saying the following 3 things, and followed up with the proper SEC documents, it would instill shareholder confidence, and the buying volume would shoot up sharply:

1- Announce that he is personally buying shares. Many legit CEOs do this to send a message to their shareholders that they are invested deeply also.

2- Announce that he, yaniv, Jorge, whoever else are principals, are going to push back their Preffered shares unlock date from July 2015 to July 2016. This sends the message that all the BS that they have been spewing forth, will in fact play out positively, and that they know long term growth will be huge. They don't get paid until we do.

3- Acquire the info from their note holders as to approximately when and how much they plan to dump dilute. This latest 8k statement saying that they don't know and it will happen at will, is completely irresponsible. I have seen many companies outline to their shareholders how and when the dilution will happen, so that their shareholders hold. They explain why and how it will be used to grow the company. Dror has not done any of that, all secretive, and borederline fiduciary irresponsibility. Also, the 8k should clearly and without hesistancy say that they have no plans to R/S in the next 2 years or so. This would instill confidence. This is another one that he talks the game but doesn't put his words on paper. he's afraid of another law suit most likely.

Come on VPOR execs., put your money where your mouth is. The shareholders have out their money in your company. Let's see some fiduciary responsibility, and less "we're working hard" statements.

what say you Dror Yaniv, huh?
