I think these are from a block purchase. Of course IMO - I have seen this done on other stocks i am involved in. IMO, it means one of two situations.

1) Someone put in a decent size purchase order say of 20,000+ shares. And, did not authorize the purchase order as a AON order. Thus the broker is buying it in chunks on micro-dips and providing it to his/her customer at an Avg. price.

2) A business/hedge manager/high value investor/etc. Is attempting to purchase a large stake in the company by purchase seemingly small block amounts over time. Essentially accumulating till they attain a controlling stake in the company.

Interestingly enough with the DD i did this past weekend and have seeing your posts last week about these obscure purchase orders. I would have to guess it is more of option 2. I would be interested to know what MM is making the purchases and the times they are taking place.

We may have a whale in our waters people!
