Pit, Google for 'Ofiesh- SEC'. Then take a look at the real companies they have had management positions in. The rent for that mill in some of the filings show in excess of 15 grand per month. How a mill owned by a publicly traded company ended up in private ownership, if indeed that is the case, would make interesting read.
