IMHO, the PPS is a combo
of year end tax lose selling
and Mgt's failure to deliver/execute
various biz plan's over the last few years.

The only shred of hope in my opinion would
be a White Knight investment by Tesla for
the battery factory in Reno.

The odd's of that happening before FLPC
runs out of $$$ are not good.
