What is going on with this stock? This thing was hovering around the .08/.09 range for a bit. I decided to accumulate more in this range last week. Every time I decide to buy more the stock price declines. I am not a very educated investor but I do some DD. I am not a trader. I do believe in this company with what I've seen so why are people not buying? Everyone keeps saying to accumulate as the stock price declines. I have been doing so and am heavily invested for my situation. What happened to the price projections of .89 to $1.00 by years end. Has this gotten so bad that PennyPacker has gotten out of this company and this board?

Ok, just ranting. Just don't understand why this keeps moving lower and lower with all this company in accomplishing.
