I just emailed Mike M. and asked why the Nov. 09 PR was removed and he said he didn't know. He sent me a copy of it right away.

He also said, "The company will be providing a fully detained capitalization structure in the form 10 filing, when it gets done...I can't give a time on this yet...a lot of work is being put into this project, and it will be announced as soon as the auditors and SEC councel can tell us a filing date."
