An Hepatology article cited at NATAP:

gives this breakdown for Europe:

Central - 2.4 million

Eastern - 2.9

Western - 2.4

This list fits better with my understanding of where the patients are that are likely to pay meaningful amounts for HCV treatment. See the chart from Goldman last April:

So the idea that annually 200K patients will pay even $30K seems very unlikely.
