There are various possibilities.

1.) Heavy payment in favour of DECN and DECN will leave the Genstrip market
2.) Heavy payment in favour of DECN and DECN will leave the Genstrip market and come with a new product
3.) Heavy payment in favour of DECN and DECN will remain in the market for Genstrips under their Label but then as well under private Label.

Whatever outcome: The shareholder will Profit in a big way.

The first would mean: Being paid to go away. As a rule this would cover an estimate of what DECN could grab from the Lifescan market within 3 years. 5 % or 10 % you Name it, but it is big Money as well.

What however could as well roll the market, if they come out and are backed by one of those multi-Billion litigations Funds. If so, then it would become very very expensive for DECN. Let's see.
