Andalay qualified for 2 government funds distributed 2 times in October ...did they get one of them or both? ...maybe?? Did they fill all of westinghouses back orders? ..I think so? ..it's game on this quarter and for this stock q4 will be it's biggest yet. Watch the wonderful uptrend today and most likely for the next few....solar just got sexy to the stock market...I think andalay is waiting for the next tariff to be in place to make any annoucements
