Warrents at .50 and .78 portends an exercise of purchases at a considerable premium to today's stock price. I think that we are on the verge of an explosion in Encr stock price appreciation. (Sooner pr later). There are things afoot unbeknownst to the individual investors such as myself. Therefore, I am buying more while the fruit hangs low. My opinion only.
