Interesting speculation but I am going to politely disagree.

My thought's are:

- far too risky to take on RGSE at this stage of our development

- particularly at a valuation anywhere near the current RGSE market cap

- RGSE might be worth something as a Nasdaq listed shell should it become available; not sure if this sort of thing is doable in the US
