You stated you had been a investor for 20 years and if you had looked at the financials you would find: " We were originally incorporated in Nevada on October 12, 2004 as World Wise Technologies, Inc. Our name was changed to W2 Energy, Inc. on December 1, 2004."

So explain how W2 Energy has been issuing press releases for 20 years.

See that is where your story falls apart - maybe you can produce a press release from 20 years ago. LOL!

It is tough dealing with facts.
