silver, just got through listening to the Matt Simmons interview. This country is staring down the barrel of a very loaded shotgun and, by-in-large, don't have a clue. I have read five very recent books on energy including the one by Matt Simmons, my neighbor is an Exec. in the energy sector who I will be having dinner with tonight and she and I have had discussions about the lack of understanding that most Americans have about energy. It's much larger then all of us, don't fight it, ride it. The only way to stay ahead of what's coming is to go long commodities like there's no tomorrow because tomorrow is going to get EXTREMELY expensive. Here's a tidbit, governments' won't mobilize armies for Google or Microsoft shares or products, they will for oil and energy, think about it. Good luck. And to think, my core knowledge is about gold, silver, and currencies etc..
