We should have financials sometime In the next 37 days. Doing research on reverse mergers reveals that a private company looking to enter the market through the back door via the back door by buying out a shell company can be very tricky if said company does not do extensive dd. worst case scenario the company can become a private company reporting as a shell, meaning that they will have minimum reporting responsibility for the shell company only. Also it is very hard for the company to achieve liquidity. If all goes successfully reverse mergers can yield great rewards for initial investors over company's that go through the sec with an initial public offering. I am also comforted to know that any shares given to employees of public company will be restricted for 1-2 years after merger. A few notable enough company's that have entered the market via shell company are block buster and radio shack. This to me is still extremely risky as most company's fail to meet the sec guidelines after closing of merger. Good luck go SWRF/soOUm
