Good point, but try and tell a smoker that he...

cant smoke somewhere. He doesn't stop smoking just
because he cant smoke at certain places anymore.
In fact, he probably will smoke more when he has
the chance to do so later.

Cigarette smoking has declined 22% last 5 years.

Ecig smoking has increased 37% last 5 years...
