If we get a 10k that is even in values, that is both positive and negative, and the O/S --- Float are what investors expect within 500mil or so. If PBLS spent a reasonable amount on acquisition up front, that is cash/stock. If everything is out on the table [just because it's a 10k --- doesn't mean everything has been revealed], I believe we are a .25cent stock.

But, it takes a public entity guru [a strong CFO with many years of public entity service] to know what to file. If you have attorney's handle this, monthly auditors... or outsource regarding all SEC filings, it will cost a bundle. This is another reason why PBLS needs someone with loads of experience as PBLS builds assets and insider trust.

Until I see PA announce through an 8k, he's hired a reputable CFO, and his wife [whom is solely trusted] is out playing bridge with the wifes of rich CEO's.

Until I see a boardmember of substance and CFO as mentioned, this company will be a mere shadow of long term strategic investors who find out about PBLS once we are OTC. A company can have 5 billion in assets, but without the members to create a long term strategy, penny's is where we will play.

No longer will savvy investors [Serious OTC Playes] look at assets as we do, they'll scritinize the entire management staff, thus playing off their weaknesses or play off their strengths. One day I prefer strength's over a weak management team.

So, what part is management to future shareholders once we get off the pink sheets? I'd say about 50%! Someone hears that a dude from NO has his wife for a CFO, look out! What wife wouldn't in the future fudge for her husband? What CFO from a variety of public service backgrounds would follow the CEO to jail? None... or at least far far less than a hushand-wife team. This is what I've been trying to tell you guys, that a hushand-wife CEO/CFO team doesn't bode well for new investors [those that invest in stocks above 'pinks]'.

So don't be stupid [just anyone reading this in general] and think I'm calling his wife someone who would lie for him, I'm not. But all get the point as we await to see how well PA takes changes which must be made.

Cheers,

temp'
