After all of my conversations with Roy over the years if the company was going to go bankrupt it would have done so by now. I believe Roy has some type of deal. I don't know what the hold up is but he had another production run in September. There was no dilution to pay for it. Who did? I just had another package of Phase 3 delivered it expires in Nov. 2015. I also find it weird that he changed the transfer agent and accountant. Why? If this little piece of shit company isn't going anywhere why change that? There are a few other things that I know that lead me to believe there is a deal that I will keep to myself. I hope we find something out soon. ATTD
