Please explain why is this a scam, because they have debts and loans to borrow to function a revenue generating company. If this is about scam cause beginning stage type companies need loans to continue its business for expansion and develope new ideas to generate money for shareholders value, than I must say to investors, if you believe this company does not exist or have revenues with products and if you don't believe in the recent 10q and compare the improvements, than don't invest. If you believe it has a product and generate revenues and the 10q is real, INVEST. It's showing very positive signs of a profitable business. In the fashion industry, it's competitive, glad it made a shift focus, since it shift industry, it has made $1mill plus, my bad but it will on pace, but not bad, $200k so far and going global made it more lucrative as the economy and Holday picks up.
