You are very mistaken. BCCI was part of the final bid against Dempsey and was partnered with Starbucks and one other group when Dempseys group over paid. I followed that very closely and one of my lawyers firms was at the table representing another group. Even after the bid was closed and challenged in court they were part of the Starbucks bid. They would have gotten about 40 percent of the us locations and none of the burden. Unfortunately the deal took, Dempsey sued his partners and bailed and the whole thing is collapsing. Sorry but you cant just make stuff up because its what you want reality to be. Baristas is a force in Seattle and they clearly are the top dog in the coffee biz that they are in ie drive-through with costumes. It is frustrating when someone with no real knowledge just spews inaccurate information. They had the funds and all bidders had to have the funds verified and in account. Mike Adams and Baristas had a solid group. Sorry to be the bearer of news you wish was not true. The audits are also real and you said they were a publicity stunt and were fake. You said they would never pass an audit and cited your accounting background as an authority. Again sorry that the facts are not as you wish they were. Now they are going to OTCQB and you think that that too is a lie. The lies are very clear to all of us. Sorry you were wrong so many times and again now.
