Around two years ago Jim Nelson put out an offer to sell stock to high investors...investors with assets of a million dollars or more. I believe he has obtained these large investments. I don't think he just walked up to Sunworks with his "mad scientist" in tow and off they went into the tullies hand in hand. He has money and has backing and solar panels. I don't think these investors or Sunworks or MD energy would have anything to do with a R/S idea that I have been seeing kicked around here. He hasn't "shared" his money with us "smaller" investors yet but he will. He's getting to it. When this finally goes over the fence it will run wild. Even small investors will do well. Flippers will start dropping out when the price goes up and becomes less likely to go back down. Bashers are going to go into overtime. Good luck to them, too, I guess. This has taken forever but I believe it has been worth the wait. This is my two cents worth. My opinion only. Good luck to all and lets see this through to the big money.
