appreciate this discussion between you and pepsi - and thank you both for elevating the discussion beyond daily lamentation during this season of red... and agree heartily with your take...

there are always multiple risks to consider in risk assessment... two here include the risk of one's investment capital and the time/opportunity risk...

in regards to one's investment capital i find the risk to be near zero at this time... not zero, but near it... to support one's basis the company only needs to be worth between 200 mil and maybe 350 mil if one loaded near the highs... a few hundred million market cap... do we have sufficient valuation evidence to suggest that ANY is worth at least a few hundred million dollars... i am comfortable answering yes to this question... the shorts abandonment of their "worthless" argument even suggests that they have given up this argument as absurd... so i think there is a very low probability here that an investor at this stage of entry will experience ANY substantial loss of investment principal... unless of course they buy high in euphoria and then sell low in a panic... which is in fact exactly what the manipulators will try to get you to do...

let's not forget during these seemingly endless red days that:

Dell invited ANY to DellWorld, set up shop next to them, and put the product in their latest, greatest server...

Ericsson invited ANY to share a booth at a major conference and treated it like a little brother that it was introducing to the world, and just this week announced the first public deal involving the two companies...

Novarad built Novaglass which has become a lead product for the company...

Two large and geographically distant school districts have credited ANY technology with making their new Chromebooks (Google, Dell) work better...

That first year monetization of ANY products is off to a fine start totaling more than 4 mil through the first three quarters...

That ANY 2015 is likely to generate quarterly revenues of 30 mil per quarter now that the merger is complete... such that expectations of gross revenue in the 100 mil to 200 mil range for 2015 seem quite probable...

That the merger completion brings with it a huge reseller network that will be led by Stoney Hall, and which also provides access to potential government projects...

That ANY announced collaboration with a major player in the form of a teaming agreement for the purpose of bidding on at least one significant government contract...

That ANY has successfully uplisted to NASDAQ and announced its intention to delist from the Toronto minor exchange...

That ANY now reflects the combined value of 4 entities (Sphere, Overland, Tandeberg and V3)... with all the intellectual property of each as well as products...

That Bookman, Hall, Keen have also CHOSEN to join ANY...

That Sheldon has taken a significant stake in ANY...

That Cyprus has financed this merger and accepted an equity stake as repayment...

Given all of this very real and substantiated reality does it seem likely that ANY will at least turn out to be worth at least a few hundred million dollars in a trillion dollar investment sector... yes, i think it does... therefore, i am not overly concerned about my investment principal in this entity even though for me it represents a substantial portion of my personal wealth...

The risk for me going forward is the time/opportunity risk... i am not here merely to preserve my principal, but to grow my wealth... now that question is less settled regarding ANY... this week i picked up just shy of another 1,000 shares of ANY under $7 (which for me as a small investor is substantial)... i chose to take this action because i do believe this is, right now, the very best investment vehicle for me to grow my wealth... but i could be wrong on this... there are no guarantees and reasonable minds may in fact disagree...

so yes, there is risk here... but i think it has more to do with the level and timing of returns than it does to do with the risk of investment principal at this stage of development... my two cents and as always... jmo... glta
