rare40...What do you think Howard Jeter's role on the BOD is now, and do you think his purpose (for Offor) is the same today as when he was first appointed?

What do you think of the added board members? Do you see any problem with:

1) their credentials

2) their seeming to be "cronies" of Offor (all Nigerian)?

Do you still believe that there is value to SEO in holding on to ERHC Energy, Inc., as an American Corporation?

Can Offor legally own more than 51% of ERHC?
