I also notice here when I read these articles the ones being put up if located by a railroad will mention that. These communications seem to have a standard format...a) capacity of output b) location to railroad if there is one c) start/completion date d) type of production e) cost
Once you learn the format you learn to look for these in the communications to see what usefulness that plant will contribute...
I also like reading about the stations that are now evolving with the major ethanol component...I'm not technical here but is that the e85 ones? That's also interesting to follow....
