Yes, Eli, I would agree that this is a possible scenario. (I hope that this is not our predicament, though). Whether we get a JV soon or not, we will always have bills to pay, such as lights. And we have other projects besides Hay and the pipes to spend money on. So, it makes no sense to say we cancelled KVM because we don't need the money anymore. It would be wise to always have a credit card on hand, and we cancelled it. We could still get money from a JV and keep the KVM credit card for a rainy day. So, did we need to pull these shares to feed the sharks? Maybe we are going to get a much better rate somewhere else besides KVM, but the last 2 toxic loans surely sting. Stay tuned........
Just babbling out loud while we wait.

And in regards to NPSP, are we waiting for Genesis to get some type of financing on their end?
