Regarding our lawsuit which has to have a "negative" effect on the Stocklemon group, many folks probably didn't get a chance to read it when it first came out, therefore it wouldn't be too surprising to see a little more buying on Monday. Once again I commend our president and our board for taking the initiative, and showing all parties that we not only intend to refute these bogus allegations, but fully expect to be financially compensated for the damage it did, even if it's temporary, to our stock price. We're now officially back on the right track. While the courts decide when this hearing will take place, and it could be months away, we now can pursue all our opportunities to make STTK grow. Any company that can make all the right moves the way this one has, getting our stock price as high as $1.78, must be doing something right. Exposing the Stocklemon article as a misleading and extremely harmful release, was exactly the right thing to do.Smart-tek acted quickly and right to the point.They can now focus once again, on getting back to the business of making this company a successful one.Slowly but surely they will regain the confidence of their shareholders, even most of those that were frightened away.
