Diverdan, I have first hand knowledge that someone did contact an individual who I know very well. The person received a telephone call a week or two ago asking if he would join in a class action lawsuit. He of course said no. In his opinion that could only hurt the situation.

We really didn't think much of it as their have been so many threats of lawsuits over the last few months.
