Hey Everyone, Im back for now, Sorry about the absence but as Mellons said I have been having one heck-uva time with my puter, finally received my new modem today.
Trying to convince your ISP that you have a bad modem is pretty much next to impossible. They wanted it to be everything else but that. Well after many conversations and phone calls they finally agreed that they should ship me a new modem at no cost. Now I am back up and seem to be working well right now, just hope it last. I have alot of catching up to do, which is going to be tough right now, but I will do my damdest to be here Sunday night after 7:00 pm eastern to answer any questions that you might have.
