TheOmen you hit the nail on the head with this post. The 3 MMPR "patients" that I know don't smoke half of what they order. It gets shared amongst friends. I say "patients" loosely because they don't need it as a medicine. They are marijuana users who want it from a safe and reliable source that is Health Canada approved and legally delivered to your mailbox. Not to mention they get it AT CHEAPER PRICES from MMPR for equivalent quality from the "street" (at least here in Toronto). It's easy to go to the doc at Yonge and Eg to get a prescription for anxiety. One girl I know got it for severe menstrual cramps pain haha. Walk in to the Canabinoid Medical Clinic and tell a male doctor that and you're out the door in minutes with the prescription.

The two points here are there will be a lot of "patients" who get their prescriptions and those "patients" share with their close friends. That's how it is with the under 30 crowd that I know.

On a side note the amount of marijuana consumption at Ontario universities is massive and its only a matter of time before these smart students move away from the dealers and sign up as patients. Once prescriptions become easier to get and more widely acceptable patient numbers across all MMPR's will skyrocket in the younger demographics (under 30). Once a few people in University social circles get signed up it will spread like wildfire.
