I've corresponded with Accardi in the past.
Not in over a year though.
He went silent and moved on back to software/consulting like Laky.
Smart guy. Very nice.
If he's got deals on the table, I believe he will do the right thing by shareholders.

Just bring the financials up to date.
Low share count.
