Some valid arguments have already been listed (skunkblog) in reference to a possible reversal of judgement stance.
Imagine what would happen to the pps, but realistically GERS is going to have little-to-no-change until sometime early 2015.
Like someone said, they should focus more on the business and business growth; and getting rid of YAGI.
