Lacy, I think you are right, but I am not convinced that it won't be anything more than another bump in the road. The weak will sell and the longs won't care because ultimately we are betting on the post merger action. In the big picture it really does not matter what happens in the next few weeks before the dividend and merger announcements unless you are day trading, which you and I are not. I least I don't think you are.?
RCP, Well said. My analogy for selling now would be poker. You are playing a big pot in Texas Hold'em and have raised on the flop, and the turn. You are committed to the pot now so why not see the river card. Anyone not willing to stick it out should have gotten out a few weeks ago with the last run.
