Here's the point...

All Penny Stocks are bought on potential and is a speculative game. If this device can actually do what is has claimed to do, .50 by no means is overbought. Being able to treat these multiple diseases which right now are a severe problem in many societies proves the fact that this stock has tremendous speculative value...Many Biotech companies are sold for Multiple Dollars on the idea that they May be approved by the FDA.

The FDA has already given the Hemopurifier "Approved Emergency Use" and is about to Fast track their trial over here...
