Re: "Successor" Pardon me if this is a dumb question or has already been addressed. Does the IFX sweetheart rate apply to any and all successors of the business? Quimonda (?) would clearly be a successor and I always assumed that the settlement language was there to specifically protect it (it was known that IFX wanted to spin off memory manufacture at the time). But if somebody buys the spin off, do they also get the same rates? And the next buyer? ad infinitum?
