He said that in front of Steve Forbes, John Chen (BBRY and major investor in Nanthealth), God and everybody.
If Nanthealth were going public this year via traditional IPO, they would have had to file with the SEC MONTHS ago. They would be on the road promoting Nanthealth to Wall Street. That ISN"T his style, never will be his style.
This R/M is a done deal. They have been working out the details for many months.
