Actually, I thought my post to be reasonable and evenhanded.

I wasn't trying to spin negative or postitive, just speculating on what would be a prudent course of business for disposition of the first production run.

I don't think all 10 units in CDEX's possession will be used to upgrade beta units, just a few at selected hospitals IMO. I suppose some will be needed to sell to house accounts. Even though Baxa has an exlusive I'll bet (sorry Scared) CDEX negotiated a limited number of direct sales into their agreement with Baxa for partnership development programs or the like.

They are only initiating the very beginning of their marketing plan, they'll still need to keep a intimate relationship with some hospitals to further develop their product line.
