Ocfn is buying $200,000 worth of stock at the market which is convertible debentures that did a conversion. The key is all the stock that there buying will be retired to treasury stock which will reduce the float. With only 10mm shares in the float about to be reduced to 6mm shares this is a screaming buy the way I see it. They have also hired an investment banker so the sky's the limit. This is the time to buy with limited downside!!!
