To say MM's do it? Their job is to buy and sell. The buyer or seller decides the price. The dumpers don't have to let it go at what they do. People buy them that low the MM will test it lower til the jackwagons quit selling what they own.
Stayed out of the hydro, watched it for a while too. Got word of it locally like to see forward movement or it gets no investment or if in currently it will get cut on stagnation.
We'll see how sltd shakes out. Did well in spwr, good company for sltd to be with. Or not.
