You really cant be serious to think TRTC does not have the cash flow to finish what they started? There are more than enough people with deep pockets tripping over themselves to be a part of the TRTC infrastructure. This is not just about TRTC, there is a lot of politics involved and where there is politics, there is money and visa versa. TRTC does not have a problem finding money at this point. The point is, they want to make BOAT LOADS of it, and they are just plowing away some of those pesky obstacles to meet that goal.
