Titan Medical Inc (TMDIF)

Just my opinion, but Reiza Rayman is the largest management shareholder with 5,000,000 shares, I believe. He (and others in management) must understand that their shares are worth no where near what Titan's trading PPS is, in that they could not possibly sell them without the sky falling in for Titan's share price, due to insider trading/transparency rules.

So the question is....knowing that, do you think Reiza would be happy with $10,000,000 guaranteed? That's a $2 PPS sale price. Just food for thought and again only a personal opinion.
