This has been reported to the SEC by many people. Problem is this is a small dilution scam and Bill is very smart in keeping it under the SEC's radar. We are not allowed to discuss other stocks on this board, but the SEC is chasing the bigger dilution frauds that are dealing with 10's and even 100's of millions of dollars. There are countless scams that are promoted on online chat boards and dozens of penny stock promoters out there swindling money from unsuspecting investors. This particular scam has never been in the spotlight or front and center of any promotion, so it goes unnoticed. That is why people post here..to hopefully educate those that don't understand the frauds out there and keep them from giving money to those two crooks who run this scam.
