You are correct. VRTY does not have any history of paid pumps or promos like your typical pink sheet company. It files audited financials with the SEC, does not utilize paid promotions, gets media attention and articles in the New York Times and USA Today, and evidences that it is a very real company with real businesses and real revenue, etc.
