This news tells us the direction of SLTD. Bigger and better things. 70% of most institutions cannot by a stock on the BB, so this will open up SLTD to a much larger pool of investors..

Now the question is....Does JN plan to do a reverse split to meet up-listing requirements, or does he plan on growing the company organically?

Has JN ever mentioned his appetite for a reverse split?
