I did not say I know it I said, "MY guess IS" and I think this is rather a difference.

But knowing how litigation financing works I am pretty sure, I won't be far off, once the financials are out.

When an Analyst for a bank or brokerage firm issues as opinion, it is an opinion a so-called guidance based on estimates. Should this then be wrong in your opinion?
