RICO OWES TOO MUCH MONEY TO BUY SHARES BACK ITS A PIPE DREAM!

So after increasing the AS by 6 billion shares now is reducing it by 5 billion shares...hmm only increasing it by 1 billion! The same 1 billion shares he promised to eliminate from the original 4 billion... ok !!!!
