Ok. The proof is in the company's own press releases. Take this most recent one for example. Bill announced that he is "PREPARING" to build a system. Key word here is prepared. The are not actually building anything, but the rest of the PR goes on to tell of what will be when the system is built. If this system was being built, they would name contractors, City's, locations, start dates and so on. But, the are preparing. This is the escape for Bill and Steven when people start to question why the system isn't making money and the stock is still trading at 2 cents a share. He will say, were in the preparation stage.
