"potential" means just that - it might happen, some time in the future. It also means that you must discount such projections both based on probability and for time value. Each of us applies different discount factors in that assessment.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
