Yeah 'Chas' ... jus' 'bout any other Tioker's better for sure ... at the moment ... and I'm in a few others Now anyway ...Always got at least 2 or 3 ... and am doi'n OK as usual ... Real Good with One.

Like I said though... I'm jus' eye'n this still ... for possible new Opps .. if new developments make the Risk seem Worthy of a Shot at it .. at some point ...

Never can tell .. yet again .. .. you're Both right on it right Here and Now ... I see that ...
