There are lots of variables but from what we ascertained form the last conference call when this was discussed at length (recommend you listen to it and all calls/updates in last 12 months).

A Gendrive unit for Fork lifts varies on its sure I may have these the wrong way around but:

Retail distribution ware house style - Class 1 forklift (Pallet lifting) $10-12,000 or so each
Warehouse Class 2 forklift (heavier/longer operations) $12,000+
Manufacturing Class 3 Forklift (flat bed heavy duty) $15-18,000

So very big difference in value per unit which accounted for analysts getting Q3 estimates wrong which got interpreted as amiss but wasn't as PLUG never gave a revenue forecast for the quarter just unit numbers!

I'm not sure how much they cost when ordered direct from the manufacturer of the fork lift - most manufacturers I believe will offer this as an option (may be fitted on site by Plug not in factory).
