ANIP had the option of doing a straight forward stock offering, and they decided to hold onto shares, once the market absorbs the news and realizes how ANIP is now positioning themselves they too will realize this is

BULLISH !

They can now raise 100 Mil additional working capital , on top of the 30-40 Mil sitting on IMO gives them much security. Its IMP to send the message to any potential suitor that we can go this along and have the ability to grow the Co ! How many Co's trading on NYSE have a 600 Mil plus MC

And "zero debt " ?
