Without the phony $5m "gain" mysteriously manifesting itself in Q3 from a bargain basket something that the company desperately added directly to the bottom line to offset the tangible net loss using bogus "Intangible assets", you will see massive losses in the future regardless of revenue.

Revenue has been declining as well the past 3 Qs with the largest retail sales channel declining 21% YOY.

Cash burn rate is exploding.

Expenses are growing out of control with huge increases in endorsement compensation scheduled in 2015.

I would be interested in investing in the MSLP third party contract manufacturers. They are the only profitable segment of anything related to MSLP.

Listing to CEO Brad saying he is afraid of making mistakes with "Vertigo (sic) Integration" in the conference call and therefore committing to more of the same margins was so laughable in its ineptitude.

Look for a secondary or convert deal announced soon.
